Families, walkers, cyclists and fishermen are welcome. We can provide a secure place to leave cycles and fishing tackle.
We pride ourselves in the facilities we can offer for the disabled and the elderly and have equipment to help you with your stay, including a stair lift. We also have a car park along side the accommodation for easy access.
On your arrival you will be greeted with a hot cup of tea or coffee in the comfort of the lounge

Good discounts for guests staying for more than 7 nights X2 adults sharing a room.
We can also provide meals for special diets such as: Vegans, vegetarians, wheat free or dairy free. Please just tell us on booking.
If you need anything at all to help you with your stay please do not hesitate to mention it on booking and we will do our best to help.
Most of our fruit & veg are organically grown within our smallholding. All of our eggs come from our free-range poultry. We also try to buy local if at all possible.
The cottage also has a large fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs. Outside there is a large patio area with table, chairs and BBQ
Prices: Self-catering from:-
October to March £550 per week.
April to September £850 per week
Christmas & New Year £950 per week. All prices include electric and gas.
Saturday to Saturday (Arriving at 2:30pm Saturday, departing 11:00am Saturday morning. There are no limitations on number of weeks booked.
Booking: 50% of total payment in advance + £100 refundable damage deposit. Balance of booking payment on arrival.
At Buzzard Heights we can also offer guided bird watching and nature walks. Booked in advance at £15 pounds per adult and £10 per child. Price includes packed lunch.
